We’re usually in the kitchen working on orders during the day, so we may miss phone calls. Ordering online or reaching out via email is the best way to get a quick response!

Pre-orders are available for pickup Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 1pm and Saturdays 8am - 10am. (These are different from our retail hours.) Please see Dessert Storage Tips for our recommendations to best transport and preserve your goodies.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our online shop or by submitting an inquiry form. We recommend ordering online whenever possible for the fastest and most accurate processing.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing orders at least 7 days in advance. Larger or custom orders may require additional notice depending on availability.

Do you accept last-minute orders?

We occasionally have limited availability for last-minute orders, but we recommend ordering in advance to guarantee your date.

How do cake tastings work?

We offer cake tastings as to-go boxes so you can sample everything at your own pace! Each box includes a selection of our cake flavors and buttercreams.

Tasting boxes are $50, serve about four people, and are usually available with about a week’s notice.

What are your pickup hours?

Do you have items available for walk-in purchase?

We offer a small selection of items for walk-in purchase during storefront hours. Mainly macarons and grab-and-go gift items. For the best selection and guaranteed availability, we recommend ordering online in advance.

Do you take phone orders?

Because our team is primarily in the kitchen, we are often unable to answer phone calls. Ordering online or submitting an inquiry is the fastest way to reach us.

Can I make changes to my order?

Changes may be accommodated with advance notice, depending on the stage of production. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders are non-refundable once confirmed, as production begins shortly after booking. And other orders are regected based on our holding a spot on the calendar for your order.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We offer custom cakes and desserts. Please submit an inquiry form with details, and we’ll get back to you with options and pricing.

Do you offer delivery?

Delivery is available for select orders within the Phoenix area (starting at $75). Availability depends on the order type and schedule.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes, we specialize in corporate and bulk orders. Please reach out via our inquiry form for custom pricing and availability.

What gluten-free or vegan options do you offer?

Many of our macarons are naturally gluten-free, and most of our custom cakes can be made gluten-free for an additional fee. We currently offer limited vegan options.
